Montana De La Rosa is an American mixed martial artist (MMA). He currently competes in the Flyweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). De La Rosa was born and raised in Helena, Montana, United States. In addition, it has faced many competitors and been honored with many awards. Montana completed high school at Azle High School and later enrolled at Oklahoma City University.
He went on to attend Tarrant County College in Tarrant County, Texas where he majored in kinesiology. Right after college, he trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Prior to that, he also won the Xtreme Fighting League (XFN) flyweight title with a 7-4 record. Montana later competed in The Ultimate Fighter 26 UFC TV MMA competition series and then signed with the UFC after the show. During her time on The Ultimate Fighter, she fought against Ariel Beck and won before later facing Nicco Montaño in the quarterfinals.
In 2017, she made a name for herself when she won the first round against Christina Marks. She then appeared on The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale against Rachael Ostovich and won in three rounds. Apart from this, he also beat Nadia Kassem and received a Performance of the Night bonus. De La Rosa later faced Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night 154, but lost to her.
