The Walter Camp Football Foundation named him second team All-American and All-Atlantic Coast Conference second team, and as a junior, Gray had 51 receptions for three touchdowns and 392 yards.

Noah entered his senior year as a top prospect in the 2021 NFL Draft and on the Mackey Award watch list. During college, he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He was selected in the fifth round, 162nd overall, of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs.

On May 13, 2021, Noah signed his four-year contract. On Sunday Night Football in Week 10 Noah scored his first career NFL touchdown against the Las Vegas Raiders. Noah appeared in all 16 games, starting one, as a rookie. Noah finished with seven receptions for one touchdown and 36 receiving yards.

Noah appeared in all 17 games of the 2022 season, starting eight of them. Noah finished with one touchdown and 28 receptions for 299 receiving yards. When the Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII, he became the Super Bowl champion and in the game, he had one reception for six yards.
