Mackenzie Bart is an American meteorologist and beauty pageant who works for 10TV. In 2015, she participated in the Miss America pageant, where she entered the top 10 finalists. Bart grew up right down the street from Punxsutawney Phil. This was her favorite and famous soothsayer. After graduating high school, she witnessed the devastation brought by the EF 5 tornado in Joplin, Missouri.
