Florence Pugh left little to the imagination for her latest appearance in Rome, Italy.
The “Little Women” star jumped aboard the Barbiecore trend by sporting a hot pink dress for Saturday’s Valentino Haute Couture fashion show. She went braless under the sheer dress, giving fans a peek at her nipples.
“Technically, they are covered? Pugh, 26, joked in a post shared on Instagram on Saturday.
A day later, she used the hashtag “#f–ingfreethef**kingnip-ple” in a lengthy post explaining her decision to rock the sultry look.
“I was excited to wear it, not a wink from me was nervous. I wasn’t before, during or even now after,” she wrote.
“It’s not the first time and it certainly won’t be the last time a woman has heard what’s wrong with her body from a crowd of strangers, what’s worrying is how some some of you may be vulgar.”
She continued, “Many of you wanted to let me know aggressively how disappointed you were with my ‘small boobs’ or how embarrassed I should be to have such a ‘flat chest’.”
Pugh noted that the “most concerning” issue was that people were “afraid of boobs.”
“It makes me wonder what happened to you being so happy to be so loudly upset about the size of my breasts and body..?” she wrote. “If being publicly violent towards women in 2022 is that easy for you, then the answer is you’re the one who doesn’t know it.”
She added, “Grow up. Respect people. Respect the bodies. Respect all women. Respect humans. Life will get a lot easier, I promise. And all because of two cute little nipples.
Over the weekend, Pugh also paid tribute to Valentino for helping her feel “magical” throughout “Stunning. Stunning. Superb evening.
The backless dress featured a high neck with light layers of tulle filling in the skirt. She accessorized with her new septum piercing, pink hoop earrings and chunky platform pumps in a matching shade.
Even Pugh’s beauty look was on theme. She sported pale pink eyeshadow and a pink lip, with her hair slicked back and tucked behind her ears.
“Thank you again beautiful team for making my pink princess dreams come true,” the ‘Black Widow’ star wrote in one of her various Instagram posts.
Fans quickly took to the comments section of her posts over the weekend to rave about the jaw-dropping look.
“yes hello 911? Florence Pugh looked perfect at the Valentino event,” one person wrote, while another joked about the impact of Greta Gerwig’s upcoming “Barbie” movie, starring Margot Robbie.
“Florence Pugh on the set of Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie’ movie,” the subscriber commented.
Of course, Pugh certainly isn’t the only A-lister rocking the bright hue lately. Anne Hathaway, Megan Fox, Khloé Kardashian and Hailey Bieber have all recently channeled their inner Barbie.
In just one week, Fox, 36, rocked two different head-to-toe pink looks, while Bieber donned a pink corset. Meanwhile, Kardashian, 38, celebrated her birthday in a latex look, serving up full Barbie vibes.
