Dominique Fishback is an American actress and playwright best known for playing Billie Rowan in Show Me a Hero and Darlene in The Deuce. She also played Dora Johnson in Judaas and the Black Messiah for which she earned a BAFTA Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
Fishback became interested in acting at the age of 10. Talking about her education, she graduated from Pace Univerity with Bachelor of Arts in Theater in 2013. In 2014, she premiered her Off-Off-Broadway play Subverted where she played 22 characters and in 2015, she was nominated for 2015 Innovation Theater Award for Outstanding Solo Performance.
Her first major recurring role was in the Yonkers drama Show Me a Hero as single mother Billie Rowan. Her first series regular role is in the 1970s Time Square drama The Deuce. Recently, he starred alongside Daniel Kaluuya in Judas and the Black Messiah. Fishback is set to appear as Elena in the upcoming film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023).
