On May 18, 2016, Andrew signed a four-year, $2.87 million contract with the Bengals, which included a signing bonus of $535,845.

Throughout training camp, Andrew has been competing with DeShawn Williams, Domata Peko and Pat Sims for the starting nose tackle job. On August 10, 2016, he suffered a knee injury during Bengals practice and underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus on August 15, 2016. Andrew was placed on injured reserve for the season. On November 24, 2017, he made his first career start against the Tennessee Titans in place of Sims who had injured his calf the previous week.
