quotes
Be part of Frozen 2
“I had a little different experience. I had never
finished [sic] voiceober. Here i’m talking about voice over and i can’t even
speak. I had never done a voiceover before, and I never had a voiceover audition.
It’s a long story, but a short story: my team ended up having Jamie
on the phone, the casting director, regarding another client and found out
she threw Frozen 2. Fortunately, I thought about myself and another person, sent
more stuff. She said yes and I had an audition the following week.
And I’m a big fan of the first one, so I was next
myself. But in no way did the form or form think it would be
I can actually book. I saw that I had to do a monologue by David Mamet then
sing a song. Yes, I was like, “Okay, Disney. You’re not kidding
around.”
By playing the bad guy?
“I loved being able to play the antagonist. It’s fun to come
and stir the pot to test Batwoman’s strength and resolve. Everytime
Batwoman and Magpie meet the stakes are extremely high, so the action and
the energy on set was such a thrill. It was my first opportunity to do most of my
own stunts and fight against the choreography which I hope to do more often!
It’s great to be able to say that I liked each project
I have been involved so far. I feel extremely lucky. Batwoman didn’t want
work because it was so much fun. I love playing female characters who can
autonomous within a project, instead of serving only as support for
the male narrative. “
