He is also a former NBA Finals and World Series reporter.
Livingston is a New Yorker who grew up in a middle-class African-American household. He attended San Pedro High School based in New York. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Idaho. Otis even served as a member of the New Jersey Music Workshop for the Arts while still in college.
