Eric Flack is an American award-winning journalist who currently works as the chief investigative reporter for WUSA9, in Washington, DC. He attended the London School in Bethesda, Maryland. While here, he worked on the school paper in high school and college, where he was a staff writer for the Daily Tar Heel at the University of North Carolina Chapel-Hill.
In his career, his defining moment came on 9/11/2001, when he was on holiday in New York after the 9/11 attack in America. Flack ran up to the World Trade Center arriving moments before the first tower fell. He worked with a CBS Network news crew and filed reports from Ground Zero for the next 4 days.
With more than two decades of experience, his work covering local news has been voted Best Reporter in Louisville Magazine's “Best of Louisville” contest. His reports changed policy, exposed government waste, and aided law enforcement.
