This is his first job since graduating from Valparaiso University (Go Beacons!) with a degree in meteorology and a minor in history. He grew up in Orland Park, a southwest suburb of Chicago, and longed to be a weatherman when the weather hit the city during the summer. His favorite seasons are fall and winter, due to his tendency to get sunburned in spring and summer.
He had the opportunity to serve in several jobs in Valpo. He has worked as a resident assistant, sports director of his campus television station, member of the Valpo Chapter of the American Meteorological Society, Storm Intercept Team, freshman orientation assistant, tour guide, fraternity president, and undergraduate weather lab assistant.
He started as an intern at ABC57 in August 2022, but was promoted to a full-time team member in June 2023. Enjoys Star Wars, LEGO, museums of all kinds, canines, Chicago/Notre Dame athletics, barbecues, sports, the Ted Lasso TV show, and the theater!
