Harry later learned that the same spin doctor who leaked details of private conversations with Camilla was behind this strategy. Marko, the spin doctor, believed the best approach was to spin Harry right under the bus.
The spin doctor saw an opportunity to appease the editor and improve Charles’ reputation by portraying him as a bullied single father struggling with a drugged child.
This situation was unpleasant for Harry, who had the impression of being extorted and manipulated by those around him.
