Cameron Williams is an Australian television journalist and presenter for Nine Network. Williams also presents updates and roams at the Australian Open to cover the network. Previously, he worked as a sports presenter at Nine News Sidney from Sunday to Thursday, co-hosted Weekend Today and was a sports presenter at Today.
Cameron began his career in 1984 with The Courier-Mail in Brisbane. He then moved to The Australian’s Melbourne offices, where he wrote features and columns before joining the Seven Network in 1988. In addition to his role as a sports presenter on Seven News, Cameron occasionally hosted Sportsworld.
Williams worked as a presenter for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, where he won the double gold in Matt Ryan’s riding for Australia.
