He joined the station after working for nearly ten years as a correspondent for Al Jazeera and CBS Newsworld. Connor even spent a long time appearing as the main anchor on CTV’s evening news at 6 p.m. before finally getting promoted. His most prominent news stories at CTV include coverage of political news such as the various presidential rallies and other general emergency updates.
Connor was born and raised in the suburbs of Sudbury Ontario. He grew up as the son of a veteran CTV news anchor known as Michael Connor.
