Meant to mark her return after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from the royal family in 2020 and moved to the United States, Queen Camilla’s podcast follows the success of her online book club. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have signed lucrative deals, including one with Spotify.
However, last summer the partnership with arual audio and the streaming giant ended after a single series of Meghan’s podcast “Archetypes”, comprising 12 episodes. The new series, “The Reading Room Podcast,” is expected to create waves, if not a sensation, in Montecito. According to a source, Camilla was a major target in Harry’s memoir “Spare,” where he called her mean and accused her of leaking stories to the press. Although Camilla has not publicly responded to the allegations, Denise Palmer Davis, a brand expert, suggested that by excelling in an area where the Sussexes failed, the Queen can subtly get revenge.
