Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 25-year marriage to two-time Governor of California Maria Shriver was torn apart in 2011 when it was discovered that Arnold had fathered a love child with his mistress governess Mildred Patricia ‘Patty’ Baena there over fourteen years old.
Mildred Baena had worked in the Schwarzenegger household for two decades and retired in 2011. Baena was discovered to be pregnant with Arnold’s son at the same time Maria was pregnant with Arnold’s youngest child. In fact, both deliveries took place in the same week. Shirver gave birth on September 27, and Baena gave birth to Arnold’s illegitimate son, Joseph, on October 2, 1997.
