Monika Skin Career
From 1982 to 1984, Piel served for WDR as a freelance journalist in Portugal. From 1989 to 1993 Piel was a radio correspondent on economic and financial policy at the WDR studio in Bonn. He then spent a year as head of the business, agriculture, environment and transport radio program team.
