Mike Buresh is an American meteorologist who currently serves as the chief weather anchor for Action News stations such as WJAX/WFOX based in Jacksonville, Florida. He joined the station after working as a full-time staffer for WHO News in Des Moines, Iowa. Buresh now anchors the stations evening newscasts at 06:30 pm. and 10 p.m. on both WJA TV and WFOX News. His most exciting and prominent stories on the show include tracking hurricanes, chasing storms across Florida, and providing the latest weather updates both within the state and nationally.
Bureshh was born and raised by two wonderful Native American parents living in Iowa, United States. He grew up to be a very intelligent child who developed his passion for weather when he was very young. Mike finished high school in her hometown.
