Marino even spent a few years working as a feature writer for WPMT for three months before taking on her role as special projects producer.
Marino was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Pennsylvania, United States. He grew up as a very intelligent child who enjoyed studying mathematics and doing research reports from a young age. Marino finished high school in her hometown. She then graduated with a BA in Journalism and Communications from York College of Pennsylvania Class of 2009.
