According to a former friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the couple still have a chance to improve their public image despite the criticism they have received for their actions.
Lizzie Cundy, an English socialite, said in an interview with Fox News that she was surprised when the couple announced their decision to step down as senior members of the Royal Family in 2020.
Cundy also mentioned that Meghan Markle didn’t seem interested in working hard to be royal, saying the actress was unhappy with the lack of excitement.
Cundy noted that being a royal involves a lot of hard work and is not the same as the Hollywood lifestyle Meghan was used to.
Cundy expressed her disappointment that Meghan chose to leave the Royal Family, suggesting she could have been the next Princess Diana. She also criticized Meghan for continually talking about her family, which she called disloyal.
