Emma Stone turned heads on the Oscars red carpet for all the wrong reasons.
The stunning 26-year-old had an embarrassing accident when she accidentally flashed her underwear while rearranging her sparkling green dress.
Emma experienced the unfortunate wardrobe malfunction as she pulled up the skirt of her dress using the outfit’s daring thigh-high slit – revealing a glimpse of her flesh-coloured trousers.
However, the Birdman star didn’t seem too bothered by the incident as she continued to wow on the red carpet. The star wore a stunning pale green dress, which was dripping with beads and sequins.
Showing off her pins through the sexy slit, Emma wowed in the revealing outfit.
With her red hair styled in glamorous waves, the actress was among the best-dressed stars of the night. Adding a pair of green heels to her look, Emma accessorized with silver bangles and highlighted her alabaster complexion with a slick of pink lipstick.
During the ceremony, Emma will find out if she won Best Supporting Actress for her role in Birdman.
The star faces tough competition in the category, taking on Patricia Arquette for Boyhood, Meryl Streep for Into The Woods, Laura Dern for Wild and Keira Knightley for The Imitation Game.
YOU can put hours of prep into an outfit, but a split-second wardrobe malfunction can ruin your red carpet look. Sadly, that’s the lesson Emma Stone learned at the 2015 Oscars.
The actress – who received a Best Supporting Actress nomination – dazzled as she arrived at the ceremony in a jewel-embellished pale green dress.
The Birdman star accidentally exposed her underwear – as did the dangers of wearing an ensemble with a thigh-high slit. Recovering quickly from the unlucky incident, Emma stunned with classic yet understated makeup and retro-styled hair.
The 26-year-old shared a rather excited hug with Friends icon Jennifer Aniston, who looked stunning in a pearly strapless ensemble.
The two Hollywood stars seemed delighted to see each other and ran forward for a pretty steamy hug. Uh, control yourself ladies – remember where you are…
