Irani was born in Mumbai, India and grew up in Sydney’s Lower North Shore where she completed her primary and secondary education. He graduated with a double degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), which is a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Del also continued her studies at the University of California, Berkeley on a scholarship abroad.
