Biography of Dan Dickerson
Dan Dickerson is a sports presenter who currently works for the Detroit Tigers Radio Network of the Major League Baseball Detroit Tigers as the main voice of play-by-play radio. He stumbled onto a sidewalk in Kansas City, Missouri while jogging outside the Detroit Tigers Hotel on May 26, 2009. Dan was forced to miss six races to return to Michigan for surgery.
John Keating replaced Al Kalin and replaced Baltimore and Kansas City. Dan was named winner of the Ernie Harwell Lifetime Achievement Award by Detroit Sports Media in 2016.
