Zoey Tess is an American pop singer and songwriter. Her aunt is legendary film and television actress Corinne Camacho. Tess has written for several prominent artists and bands, beginning her musical career when she was only twelve years old. Zoey Tess was born in Coconut Creek, Florida on January 1, 1993. When she was three, Tess and her family moved to Newtown, Connecticut. Tess’ father is Joseph “Joe” Loglisci and her mother is Bonnie Alletto Loglisci. His father is a former baseball player and Major League Baseball scout for the Miami Marlins, and his mother is a former ballet dancer. Her father was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut and her mother was born in Long Island but raised in Miramar, Florida. Tess has two older brothers. Patrick Loglisci, who is a hip-hop artist who appears as Pasquale Leone, and Sean Kravit, an ambient music producer and DJ who uses the name Great Ghost. When she was young, Tess and her family moved to Connecticut, living in Newtown, Stamford, Seymour and eventually settling in Southbury. Tess began studying piano at age four, performing in recitals and showcases in Connecticut and New York. Throughout her early childhood, she studied piano, violin and classical voice. Hoping to become a Broadway performer, she also studied various acting and dance genres. She began studying voice in college, under Cynthia Servetas, a Manhattan School of Music graduate and opera singer. During the summer of eighth grade of her freshman year of high school, Tess was accepted into the prestigious Interlochen Center for the Arts. She was chosen as part of the Interlochen Musical Theater Intensive Summer Program, where she took private lessons as well as ensemble lessons in singing, acting and dance.

Biography of Zoey Tess


Zoey Tess was born on January 1, 1993 in Florida, United States. In high school, Tess studied singing in New York under Marko Lampas. Lampas and his wife Barbara Iona Miller graduated from the Juilliard School in New York. Lampas was a protege of internationally renowned opera singer Maria Callas. Education


In elementary school, Tess attended St. Jude Catholic School in Monroe, Connecticut. She was also a student at Long Meadow Elementary School and later at Memorial Middle School, both located in Middlebury, Connecticut. She then enrolled in Rumsey Hall, a private coeducational school in Washington Depot, Connecticut for her freshman year of high school. For the remainder of high school, Tess attended Pomperaug High School in Southbury, Connecticut, eventually continuing her education through home and online schooling at Keystone School, allowing her to pursue her career in music.

Carrier start


Tess began writing music in college with songwriter Christy Thompson and recording with record producer Michael Patzig at Moomba Studios in Connecticut. In 2017 she began working with record producer Vic Steffens (Horizon Music Group), whose credits include studio work with the Rolling Stones, Harry Connick Jr and Donovan. At the time, she started working as an intern at Horizon. in 2019, Tess was briefly signed to Horizon Music Group, a subsidiary of Sony Records. Inspiration


Tess considers her late aunt, television actress Corinne Camacho, her greatest inspiration. Camacho (born Gloria Angelina Katharina Alletto), was a veteran television actress (Little House on the Prairie, Days of Our Lives, Bionic Woman) whose career spanned four decades. During her early childhood, she studied classical piano at the New Jersey Conservatory of Music and Arts. Camacho’s career began in Los Angeles, California as a model in the 1960s and would soon lead to an illustrious television and film career. Camacho died on September 15, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 68 years old. Variety magazine as well as The Television Academy paid tribute to the beautiful and graceful “TV Thespian”. Tess is a songwriter at heart and finds joy in composing for other artists and bands. She enjoys experimenting with different sounds and styles, drawing inspiration from the artists she admires the most. She combines her unique experience that spans all genres of music, while maintaining her own image and sound. Recently, she wrote the intriguing ballad “Glass Castles” for pop singer and LGBTQ activist Mila Jam. Tess currently works with music manager Karen Ross of Ross Celebrity PR and Music Management who has spent much of her career alongside legendary record producer and songwriter Phil Ramone. Ross and Tess cultivate a catalog of larger than life music for film and TV soundtracks.

Private life


Tess married her husband Jay Bennett from Southbury, Connecticut in 2023. The two began dating in 2019. Tess and Bennett enjoy traveling between their homes in Palm Beach, Florida, and Newtown, Connecticut. Tess and Bennett have a Pomeranian-Bichon Frize dog named Sophie. Tess enjoys volunteering with local animal rescue organizations and is a “fierce defender of all animals”.
