David Culver is an American award-winning journalist who currently serves as a news correspondent for CNN News based in Los Angeles. Previously, he spent about five years as a correspondent for CNN News based in Shanghai, China. David has covered a wide range of news updates in China, such as the coronavirus that turned into a global pandemic in 2020. Prior to his work at CNN, David gained experience as a news anchor and reporter for NBC News in Washington. He also spent time working as a reporter and news anchor for WAVY News based in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
