Early Life and Education

Mary-Belle Kirschner was born on October 23, 1999 in Cape Town, South Africa. She is of Caucasian descent and holds British nationality. When she was still a child, her parents moved the family to England for better opportunities, and she grew up mostly in Lymington, Hampshire and later in Devon.

Belle has described herself as a shy, creative and slightly odd kid who loved video games, anime and drawing. She spent hours playing Runescape, Overwatch and League of Legends, watching YouTube and dressing up as anime characters. Classmates saw her as quiet, but online she found freedom to express her playful side.

She attended Priestley College in Warrington, Cheshire, where she studied art and design. She has said she struggled with depression and fitting in at school. At around 14 she started posting cosplay photos on Facebook, using cheap wigs and makeup from local stores. After leaving college, she worked odd jobs as a waitress, barista and babysitter while building her Instagram page. Her parents were first strict about social media, but later supported her creative work.

Career Journey and Recent Activity in 2026

Belle Delphine career is one of the smartest viral marketing stories of the last decade. She went from a small cosplay account to global headlines in less than three years, then stepped back and returned even bigger on OnlyFans.

Beginnings on Facebook, Instagram and Patreon 2014 to 2018

Belle started in 2014 by posting low-cost cosplay of characters like Harley Quinn, D.Va from Overwatch and Nezuko-style looks on Facebook. In 2016 she launched Instagram as belle.delphine and quickly stood out with her ahegao faces, pink hair, thigh-high socks and elf ears. Her style mixed cute anime girl, e-girl and gamer aesthetics.

By 2018 she had over 4 million Instagram followers and launched Patreon, where fans paid for exclusive lewd cosplay photosets. She called her supporters her kittens and posted selfies licking raw fish, posing in bathtubs and acting like a living meme. American meme pages and Reddit helped her explode in the US market.

Viral Breakout and Gamer Girl Bath Water 2019

2019 was her breakout year. Her Instagram hit 8 million followers. In June 2019 she announced she would sell Gamer Girl Bath Water for 30 dollars a jar as a joke for thirsty gamer boys. The stunt went mega-viral and was covered by major news outlets. She reportedly sold hundreds of jars within days and earned tens of thousands of dollars.

The same month she opened a Pornhub account and posted joke teaser videos that promised explicit content but delivered playful trolling clips. Even so, she became the most searched celebrity on Pornhub that summer. In October 2019 her Instagram was removed for policy violations and she suddenly disappeared from social media, sparking rumors of arrest or death that were not true.

OnlyFans Comeback, YouTube and Business Moves 2020 to 2023

In June 2020 Belle returned with a viral comeback. She posted a fake mugshot-style photo, launched OnlyFans and posted her first YouTube video in months parodying the situation. Her OnlyFans launch broke records, with reports of over 1 million dollars in earnings in the first month from subscriptions priced around 35 dollars.

In December 2020 she posted her first explicit hardcore video with fellow creator Twomad on OnlyFans, which shocked fans and made global headlines. She also released a music video called Plushie Gun, launched a Dolls Kill clothing line, sold a custom Pornhub-themed toilet and continued trolling with fake kidnapping and hamster stories that angered animal lovers but kept her trending.

From 2021 to 2023 she stayed mostly on OnlyFans and X, formerly Twitter, posting cosplay, memes and adult content teasers. She bought a large following back on X with over 2 million followers and kept her subscription business steady while avoiding mainstream interviews.
