Early Career and Yachting Beginnings

Courtney began her yachting career around 2019, working as a stewardess on private and charter superyachts across Europe. In this role, she was responsible for interior hospitality, including cabin service, fine dining setup, laundry, and ensuring guests had a five-star experience at sea. The job demands long hours, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure — qualities Courtney quickly became known for among her crew.

She spent several seasons working in the Mediterranean, which is one of the busiest regions for luxury yacht charters. Her experience on vessels ranging from 40 to 60 meters helped her master the standards expected on high-end yachts, where guests often include wealthy charter clients and celebrities. Viewers praised Courtney for her calm, professional attitude and her ability to stay out of unnecessary drama while still delivering excellent service. Unlike some of her co-stars who were involved in frequent conflicts, Courtney was seen as hardworking, respectful, and eager to learn, which earned her positive feedback from Captain Sandy Yawn and the audience.

During the season, she handled demanding charter guests, late-night service, and interpersonal challenges with maturity.
