Miley donned a very plunging black dress by Stella McCartney which revealed some of her tattoos. However, she accidentally flashed her derriere in her backless dress as she arrived at the elite event.
She accessorized her dress with gold crosses on her ears and another cross hanging from her neck. Miley’s light back also had a thin gold chain at the waist with a cross. She attended the annual charity gala without her fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
