Uchenna Eleazar Ikonne is a Nigerian Optometrist, Politician and former Vice Chancellor of Abia State University, Uturu Nigeria. He was appointed as the 7th Substantial Vice Chancellor of Abia State University in December 2015. Previously, he served as Rector of Abia State Polytechnic in Aba (on a lifesaving assignment) from 2014 to 2015.
