In October 2019, the journalist left BBC Breakfast to join Channel 4. Steph was due to present Steph’s Talks in spring 2020 at the then new Channel 4 headquarters in Leeds. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, she will begin doing The Steph Show from her front room on March 30, 2020. In September 2020, the show was renamed Steph’s Packed Lunch.
In 2021, she was made an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and described as a “tireless champion of engineering and professional skills”. Steph currently hosts industry events. He appeared in the BBC Four series Walking with… in December 2021, walking in Littondale, Yorkshire Dales. Steph appeared in the second UK series of Masked Dancer in October 2022 and her “Tomato Sauce” persona was revealed in the fifth episode.
