Nia Renee Hill is a popular American actress, writer and producer who became known for her work in films such as Divorce: A Love Story and Lila, Long Distance. She is also widely recognized as the legally wedded wife of the famous American stand-up comedian, actor and filmmaker, Bill Burr. The couple has been married since the year 2013. Nia and Bill now have a daughter together. Hill is also the lead author and writer of a popular love, beauty and entertainment blog called XO Jane.
Renee was born and raised in a working-class African-American family living in Los Angeles, California. She grew up as a very active girl who had a passion for fashion and acting from a very young age. Renee spent her entire childhood living with her father after her parents divorced. She finished high school at Greenville School in her hometown. Renee then went on to earn her BA in Fashion Design and Acting from Emerson College. He was also involved in various theater society activities in the College.
