Marwan Kenzari is an award-winning Dutch-American actor who rose to fame playing the role of Majid Zamari in a 2013 film titled Wolf. This particular role earned him the popular Golden Calf Award for Best Actor in the film. Marwan’s other famous roles are in Aladdin (2019), Black Adam (2022) and The Old Guard (2020). Marwan’s role in these films earned him national recognition and worldwide fame.
Kenzari is a Dutch native born and raised in The Hague, Netherlands to Tunisian parents. As such, she is of Tunisian and Dutch descent. Growing up, Marwan’s favorite sport was soccer until he was influenced to enroll in a musical project. He was influenced by his female teenage fame to audition for a Dutch musical called Chicago.
