The 26-year-old actress initially refused to go topless for a steamy encounter in ‘The Canyons’, but changed her mind after the filmmakers responded to her request to join her in getting rid of of his clothes.
The 10-man crew reappeared in their boxers only to shoot the scene which also included porn actor James Deen, TMZ reported.
“The crew was hesitant at first. They ended up agreeing and everything went smoothly,” a source said.
Lohan’s shyness comes as a surprise as she has posed n*de for Playboy before and frequently goes out in public without her underwear.
“The Canyons” revolves around the dangers of sexual obsession and ambition among a group of twenty-somethings in Los Angeles.
It is based on a screenplay by Bret Easton Ellis, famous for his violent 1991 novel “American Psycho”.
Lohan’s career is slowly recovering from her legal setbacks, she just played Elizabeth Taylor in the TV movie biopic ‘Liz & Dick’ and also landed a role in ‘Scary Movie 5’.
