Travis Barker reveals the ‘deal’ he made with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian to overcome his fear of flying. The Blink-182 drummer enjoyed a summer of traveling with his girlfriend who brought him back on a plane for the first time in over a decade. Travis being head over heels in love with Kourtney, it was easy for the Poosh founder to convince the rock star to travel overseas with her. Without the reality star, Travis might still resort to local trips and avoid any type of jet set.
Fans were happy to see Travis and Kourtney enjoying a romantic getaway to Capri, Italy and Paris for the past few weeks. The couple traveled to Europe, where they enjoyed ice cream dates, shopping dates and a load of public PDAs. They nearly had their vacation as a couple ruined by Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick, after he was lambasted by his other ex, Younes Bendjima, and his bitter DM came out. In the leaked DM scandal, Scott messaged Younes complaining that Kourtney kissed Travis in public during their getaway. While Kourtney and Travis took the high road and avoided addressing Scott publicly, they each posted subliminal responses letting the Talentless founder know they weren’t in tune.
But Travis is still on the right track after his travel-filled summer spent with Kourtney. He vowed never to fly again after surviving a tragic plane crash in 2008 that claimed the lives of his friends. But now that he has Kourtney in his life, anything is possible as to how far Travis will go for her.
