Vonnie Quinn is an American journalist, radio host and musician currently working for Bloomberg Markets on Bloomberg TV in New York. Before finding a position in the journalism industry, she was destined for her music career. She is a classically trained violinist.
Quinn attended and graduated from National University of Ireland before continuing her studies in the United States after winning the NUI Traveling Studentship award. In 2004 he received a scholarship from the Lorana Sullivan Foundation. In addition, this scholarship enabled her to continue her studies at Columbia University in New York. He graduated in the class of 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
Immediately after graduation she started working at Bloomberg and her first role was to serve as an anchor on Bloomberg radio. She also served as editor of Bloomberg Businessweek. She currently anchors Bloomberg Markets. Before officially joining Bloomberg, she used to write for local newspapers in her country. Additionally, these newspapers include The Anglo-Celt and The Irish Music Magazine.
