Dominique Crenn is a French chef who rose to fame as the partner and husband of American actress Maria Bello. She is also the owner and manager of her own restaurant called Atelier Crenn based in San Francisco, California. Bomique is also the author of her own cookbooks Rebel Chef (2020) and Atelier Crenn (2015). Crenn has also made various appearances on Food Network shows such as The Next Iron Chef, which has boosted her reputation and exposure as a chef.
Crenn was born and raised in Locronna, Finistere in France. He grew up as an adopted child. Crenn was adopted at the age of eighteen months by foster parents born in Versailles. Crenn also developed a passion for cooking due to the influence of her stepmother who was a professional cook. He had been exposed to Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants throughout Paris as a child. Dominique finished high school in Paris and passed with flying colors. He then graduated with a degree in economics from a University in France.
