Claudia Jessie is an English actress famous for her roles in the third series of BBC One’s police procedural WPC 56 (2015) and as Eloise, Bridgerton’s fifth child in Bridgeton (2020–present). She is also known for films like Line of Duty, Porters and Vanity Fair.
Born in Moseley, she spent some of her childhood in London and was educated at home from the age of 14 before returning to Birmingham when she was 17. It was discovered by the director Hannah Phillips, who gave it to many amateur productions.
Claudia also trained part-time at the Susi Earnshaw Theater School and spent a year studying with the Birmingham Library Theater Company. She got an agent in 2012. Her first professional role was in a short film Rosie in 2012. She then appeared in the soap opera Doctors and Casualty.
Between 2014 and 2016, she starred in Dixi as Shari. In 2015, she was cast as Annie Taylor in WPC 56. In addition, she was a guest on Josh who played the love interest of the protagonist. She then starred as DC Jodie Taylor in Line of Duty in 2017. From 2023, she starts in Bridgerton as the fifth Bridgerton child. She also starred as Polly in Bali in 2002 (2022).
