Bridget Moynahan is an American actress and model best known for her role as Erin Reagan in the crime drama Blue Bloods. After her education, she graduated from Longmeadow High School in Massachusetts in 1989 and began to pursue a modeling career. In high school, she captained the girls' soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams.
