Meghan Markle Enters Promising Podcast Partnership with Lemonada Media

Lemonada Media, the esteemed podcast network, has announced an exciting collaboration with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. As part of this new partnership, Lemonada will distribute the highly celebrated and critically acclaimed first season of “Archetypes” across all audio platforms. Additionally, they will work together on an as-yet-unnamed original podcast series hosted by Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. “Archetypes,” a groundbreaking podcast that explores the stereotypes that often hinder women, will now be available for the first time on all podcast platforms, with Lemonada overseeing ad sales and distribution.

With over 10 million downloads and nearly 1 million listens per episode, “Archetypes” debuted as Spotify's first podcast in 47 countries around the world. The podcast featured engaging discussions with influential women, including Mariah Carey, who explored the meaning of being a diva; Mindy Kaling, who celebrated choosing to be single; Pamela Adlon, who opened up about the pressures of being a wife and mother; Issa Rae and Ziwe Fumudoh, who dissected the misconceptions faced by women of color; and Jameela Jamil and Shohreh Agdashloo, who highlighted the courage it takes to step up and speak out, even at personal risk.

These powerful conversations, featuring notable women, friends, comedians, activists, historians and experts, transcend individual episodes to create a dynamic cultural dialogue about how women can reject, reclaim and redefine these archetypes on their own terms.
