Born in Dallas, Texas, she attended the Hockaday School, a private all-girls school. She majored in molecular biology and women’s studies at UCLA. He also spent three and a half years in pre-medical training with the goal of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon before pursuing acting full-time.
Holland starred in the HBO sitcom 12 Miles of Bad Road playing Bronwyn.
