Bryan Baeumler Biography
Bryan Baeumler is a Canadian television personality, former handyman and entrepreneur known for hosting various shows on Canada’s HGTV. His most popular show on the station is Island of Bryan which premiered in 2019. Prior to HGTV, Baeumler ran an air cargo business from early 1995 to 2003. He even spent time working on his own construction company that it is called Baeumler Quality Constructions and Renovation.
Baeumler was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. He grew up learning aviation trade from his father from the age of ten. Hence fostering his interest in business and entrepreneurship from a very young age. Therefore, Bryan opened his first business at the age of 14. His main task was to finish odd handyman jobs for his neighbors to keep his business running smoothly while balancing his studies.
Bryan then graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Western Ontario in 1996. After college, he decided to continue his handyman and air freight business until 2003. From there, Bryan founded Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations as company president.
His production company’s progress was gradual, but it eventually landed him his first show Disaster DIY on HGTV. Disaster DIY did very well and gave Byan the opportunity to host another show called Brian’s house with his nuclear family.
Bryan’s current and latest show on HGTV Canada is the Bryan Island airing starting in 2019. Additionally, Brian is set to host an upcoming HGTV 2023 renovation show called Renovation Resort.
