He was born in the village of Kherwa of a small town named Hardoi near Lucknow, in Uttar Pradesh. Since his childhood, he wanted to do something great for society. To carry out his mission for the well-being of society, he began to prepare for the public service and became the group's 2010 IAS officer.
Family, caste and wife
He was born into a Hindu family. His father was a teacher. He said that what he is today is just because of his father who has always motivated him to become an IAS officer. His wife also supported and encouraged him to do well.
He became an officer of the IAS in 2010, member of the group of Madhya Pradesh. In 2016, he was appointed CEO of Zila Panchayat in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He also served as the additional Municipal Commissioner of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. In 2018, he was appointed Municipal Commissioner of the Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC). After analyzing the whole situation in Indore, he said that Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Narendra Modi, was working at a slow pace. Initially, the project was awarded to private agencies for which they charged 475 Rs per cubic meter. Only two lakh tons of waste have been cleaned by them in two years.
He decided to work on this project with his team and it has managed to eliminate 13 million tons of waste in six months with a budget of only 10 crores. Asked about this feat, he replied
The machines were rented at a cost of 7 lakh per machine per month. We operated the machine for 14 to 15 hours a day with our own resources, and in six months, 13 million tonnes of waste was cleaned. "

They installed machinery to separate dry and wet waste. Polythene and plastic waste have been used in road construction and their use has been completely banned. They also launched two programs "Bartan Bhandar" and "Jhola Yojna". Bartan Bhandar rents free utensils to people for functions or receptions and stops using disposable cutlery. The Jhola program aimed to encourage people to use khadi bags rather than poly bags.
