Andrea Kristen Savage is an American actress, comedian and writer who is popular for her roles in comedy films such as Dog Bited Man, Step Brother, Veep and I’m Sorry. She was born and raised in Santa Monica, California, and attended high school at a local school in her hometown, where she participated in drama club plays.
After high school, she continued her studies at Cornell University, where she graduated with a degree in government and a minor in legal studies. During her time in college, Kristen performed stand-up comedy at Venus venues such as The Improv, The Comedy Store, and The Ice House. Savage’s career began after she starred in the comedy Sweet Valley High playing Renata Vargas. After that, he joined The Groundlings Theatre, where he performed every week. Andrea later appeared in Significant Others as Chelsea and Dog Bites Man as Tillie Sullivan.
