Amber Hardwick is an American meteorologist currently working at FOX 59 in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States. He joined FOX 59 in March 2018 as a weekend morning meteorologist.
Amber was born and raised in Speedway, Indiana, United States and is very proud to be a Spark Plug! Working as a meteorologist in Indianapolis is a dream come true as it has been her wish since the third grade. She is excited to join the team and forecast the weather in her town. Prior to joining FOX 59, Amber was a meteorologist for WLFI in West Lafayette, Indiana.
When she was little, Hardwick was afraid of storms. However, with time, her fear turned into a lifelong passion. Attended Ball State University, graduating with a BS in operational meteorology and climatology. He was on the executive board of the Ball State Storm Chae team and also participated in a summer storm chasing seminar.
