William Fitchett means (born February 15, 1998 in Philadelphia) better known by his stage name, Fitch means is an American singer, songwriter, musician and musical influencer. He is known for his versatility in the entertainment industry and his EPs have received wide critical acclaim. Fitch Means started playing as a teenager and was very popular for his concerts in the regional venues of his university. He is the founder of the Fitch Means label and co-founded Sitadel Records and Black Point LLC.

Youth
Fitch means was born on February 15, 1998 to Charna Patrice Fitchett-Means and Isaac Means. He spent his childhood at Mt. Airy, Philadelphia. His parents recognized his passion and love for music when he started playing drums at the age of 6.
Education
Fitch means joined the school’s gospel choir to improve his singing skills and after completing his studies, he attended Lock Haven University to continue his studies. During his stay at the university, he was widely recognized for his numerous short concerts on the regional sites of the University.
Career
Fitch means began his professional music career as Fitch Means in 2018. He released his first single, “Secrets”, which gained popularity and he was highly praised for his first single.
Festival
On March 30, 2019, Means released their first EP, Declaration under their own label Fitch Means. In June 2019, he was invited to perform and entertain at the largest African-American street festival in the United States, Odunde Festival.

Means was sponsored to shoot the ‘Millions’ video in Jamaica! Signed at Fitch Means (label) in 2018. His clip for the song ‘Millions’ was taken up by VHI India.
Single
Means released at 2 a.m. Drive was released as a single, then after seeing popularity it released the full 2am Drive EP on November 30, 2019.
Clothing brand
In 2020, he signed a contract with Sitadel Records (label) and collaborated in the launch of a clothing brand.
